Publisher's Note: Error in the Results

In the second paragraph of the Results, the ninth sentence incorrectly reports that there is one rare allele instead of two for the heat sensitive subjects in TUK1, and further misleadingly suggests that the pvalue is based on the number of alleles. It should read ‘For SNV A95T there were 12 alleles (1×2+10) from 11 carriers in the heat insensitive group vs 2 alleles from 1 carrier in the heat sensitive group (p = 0.005 by Fisher's exact test on the carrier counts) in TUK1.’
